Chapman Systems & Consulting provides technology equipment and business systems consulting to the tri-state area of eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, although we do not limit ourselves to that geographic area.  "CSC" specializes in small to medium sized businesses who find that a need exists within their organization for specialized Information Technology (IT) functions, however are not able to, or do not wish to support a dedicated IT staff.

CSC clients are typically heavily integrated with their suppliers via internet connections, have in-house vendor supplied databases and accounting systems and small to medium sized internal networks.  However - CSC's vast IT experience does not limit us to this function.  We can provide a valuable service for any business - from consulting to small networks to enterprise solutions.
